Apply Now

Family with main residence in Wellington, Florida with five year old girl and two year old boy is seeking two experienced, professional, active, and engaging full-time nannies bilingual in Spanish and English. Schedule will be spilt between two full-time nannies to ensure the family has seven day per week coverage (nanny lives in and stays overnight with monitor on days scheduled). When working at main residence in Florida, nanny should expect to work on three to five days per week. This schedule will ensure that each nanny works half the time (approximately 26.5 weeks per year), receives approximately two weekends off per month and travel is split annually. Nannies will receive monthly schedules at least one to two months in advance. Position is typically based in Cape Cod, Massachusetts during April/May through September/October and based in Florida during September/October through April/May. Nanny should be comfortable working many days consecutively (e.g., if traveling for two to four weeks at a time, only one nanny will travel with family and the other nanny is off work). The position requires extreme flexibility as family’s schedule changes at various times in the year (e.g., summer, holidays, travel, etc.). Approximately 15-20+ weeks of domestic and international travel per year is required. Applicants need to be honest, trustworthy, understand the importance of maintaining discretion, collaborative and experienced working with family office and domestic staff (estate manager, house managers, private chef, housekeepers, nannies, etc.), experienced working with principals that are at residence often (discreet and staying out of the way is important) and comfortable with animals (family has estate with horses, dogs, birds, rabbits, etc.). Staff vehicle is provided for transporting children. Older child is enrolled in private school, which is driving distance from the family’s main residence. These are newly created positions. Family is open to local candidates and domestic relocations. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.
