Two Full-Time Nannies for Newborn: $100K+ and Benefits

Apply Now

Family with main residence in Streeterville of Chicago, Illinois with first baby (girl) born at end of May 2023 is seeking two experienced, professional, active, and engaging full-time nannies. Schedule will be spilt between two full-time nannies to ensure the family has seven day per week coverage. Schedule on days working will be a combination of 6:00-9:00am through 6:00-9:00pm or later. When working at main residence, nannies should expect to work on three to five days per week. This schedule will ensure that each nanny works half the time (approximately 26.5 weeks per year), receives approximately two weekends off per month, travel is split annually, and holidays worked are split annually. Nannies will collaboratively make monthly schedules at least two to three months in advance. The position requires extreme flexibility as family’s schedule changes at various times in the year (e.g., summer, holidays, travel, etc.). Approximately 4-8+ weeks of domestic and international travel per year and approximately 8-12+ weeks of overnights at residence annually are required. Applicants need to be honest, trustworthy, understand the importance of maintaining discretion, collaborative and experienced working with domestic staff (housekeeper, nannies, night nurse), and experienced working with principals that are at residence often (discreet and staying out of the way is important). Staff vehicle is provided for transporting children. Parking is provided by family in Streeterville high-rise building. These are newly created positions. Family is open to local candidates and domestic relocations. Start date is ASAP, but flexible for the right candidates.
